Warranty

All GRIT Pickleball products are made to perform at the highest level. This is why we offer a one-year warranty covering all major manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and applies only to new paddles purchased directly from GRIT Pickleball or authorized retailers.

Each customer is allowed one replacement product during this term. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar or updated product.  

 

What Is Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
  • Defective products.
  • Damage incurred during shipping.

 

What Is Not Covered?

  • Improper use, misuse, or neglect of the paddle.

  • Damage caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications.

  • Wear and tear due to regular use, negligence, abuse, fire, or natural causes.

  • Normal wear and tear such as chips on the edges, fading graphics, or degradation of textures over time.

  • Accidental damage (e.g., dropping the paddle).

  • Any paddle modified or repaired by anyone other than Titan.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Replacement paddles.

 

Warranty Disclaimer:

This one year warranty constitutes GRIT Pickleball's full responsibility regarding the paddles. It is your exclusive remedy against GRIT Pickleball for any claims under warranty, statute, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, indemnity, or any other theory of liability. Titan disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranties arising by statute or course of dealing. By accepting this warranty, you acknowledge that you are not relying on any representations made by any GRIT Pickleball employee or agent that exceed those explicitly stated herein.

 

Limitation of Liability: 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRIT Pickleball and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Please note that demo and used paddles are not eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.

 

Submissions:

To submit a claim, kindly provide as many details about your purchase as possible, including your name, email, and order number. We also ask that you include clear photos and videos of the paddle. Please send all information to support@grit-shop.com

All warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of GRIT Pickleball.
